Faith Direct

The Faith Direct event falls during National Interfaith Week, on 14th November in the Civic Suite by the Town Hall. While this event is put on for secondary school RE students, we are able to have a group for primary RE co-ordinators.  This is a chance for teachers to talk to and ask questions of leaders/speakers from all the major faith groups and denominations, including Baha’i and also Humanism. Some presenters also bring artefacts to illustrate their answers. It’s run like a “speed dating” session with groups rotating around the speakers.  Numbers will be limited and there is no cost to the school other than the teacher’s release time. It runs 10.00 am to 2.00pm (please arrive by 9.45am) and lunch is included. Please send the teacher’s name and email address to the organiser, Elizabeth Kingdom, if interested Elizabeth.kingdom@richmondandwandsworth.gov.uk
